1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LootX, including the game, website, APK download page, account features, virtual items, payment features, QR-code download flow, policy pages, and support services. By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing from, or using LootX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game or website.

2. Operator Information

3. Privacy Policy and Other Policies

Our Privacy Policy explains how LootX handles information related to the game, website, accounts, payments, support, and downloads. Our Refund Policy explains the basic refund process where applicable. These policies are part of the overall rules for using LootX.

4. Eligibility

You may use LootX only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you should use the game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. LootX is not directed to children under 13.

5. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use LootX for personal entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the game, website, artwork, code, characters, music, design, text, trademarks, or other content.

7. Game Progress and Service Data

LootX may save progress, coins, virtual items, settings, purchase delivery state, and other game records on local devices or servers. We may adjust game balance, correct errors, recover missing purchases, remove improperly obtained items, or reset abusive or fraudulent activity where reasonably necessary to protect the game, payment flow, and other players.

8. Player Rules

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, abuse refunds, manipulate coin balances, or use unauthorized tools, bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients, packet tools, or automation to gain unfair advantages.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from LootX except where allowed by mandatory law.
• Interfere with servers, downloads, payments, security systems, account systems, or any other player account.
• Use LootX for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, misleading, or disruptive activity.
• Upload or send support content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, malicious, harmful, or unnecessary sensitive information.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent purchase ownership, or submit false payment, refund, or support claims.

9. Virtual Coins, Items, Rewards, and Game Economy

LootX may include virtual coins, items, rewards, upgrades, boosters, or similar in-game benefits. In-game coins and virtual items are for entertainment use inside LootX only. Virtual items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred, or used for gambling, are not legal tender, and do not create a bank account, stored-value account, investment product, prize, or gambling product unless required by law or expressly allowed by us.

10. Purchases and Payment Processing

If paid features are available, prices, taxes, payment methods, currencies, and availability may vary by region, platform, payment provider, promotion, or product configuration. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Purchase delivery may depend on successful payment confirmation, fraud review, service availability, and the accuracy of your account identifier or order information.

12. APK Downloads and Updates

Official game access is being prepared. No download is available yet.

13. Updates, Compatibility, and Availability

LootX may require updates to continue working correctly. We do not guarantee that every version will remain available forever or that every device, operating system, emulator, region, payment method, or network environment will be supported. Features may be limited or unavailable during maintenance, security events, outages, provider failures, or other operational issues.

14. Support Communications

If you contact support, you authorize us to review the information you provide and related account, gameplay, payment, refund, download, or diagnostic records as needed to respond. You are responsible for ensuring that any screenshots, files, or messages you send are lawful and do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.

15. User Submissions and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, screenshots, or other materials to LootX, you grant us permission to use them to operate, support, improve, market, and protect the game without owing compensation, unless prohibited by law. You must have the right to submit any materials you provide.

16. Intellectual Property

LootX, including game content, website content, graphics, characters, names, logos, artwork, software, layout, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to the LootX operator. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, publish, sell, rent, lease, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or commercially exploit LootX without permission.

17. Third-Party Services

LootX may use or link to third-party services, such as hosting providers, official package hosting, payment processors, platform stores, analytics tools, crash tools, security tools, or support tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to LootX, accounts, purchases, virtual items, support, or download access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, engaged in fraud or abuse, created legal or security risk, or used the game in a way that harms commercial operation. You may stop using LootX at any time.

19. Changes to the Game and Commercial Terms

LootX may change over time. We may add, remove, rebalance, limit, price, discount, replace, or modify levels, rewards, virtual items, payment options, download links, support processes, policy pages, or other features. We may also perform maintenance, fix bugs, discontinue features, or stop offering the game where needed.

20. App Store, Platform, and Payment Provider Rules

If LootX is downloaded through a platform store or paid through a payment provider, additional platform or provider terms may apply. If platform or provider rules conflict with these Terms for a transaction handled by that platform or provider, those rules may control for that transaction where required.

21. Export, Sanctions, and Legal Compliance

You may not use, download, purchase from, or access LootX where doing so would violate applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, payment rules, or platform rules. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the game.

22. Disclaimers

LootX is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game, website, APK, QR code, purchase flow, account system, or support process will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available in every region. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LootX and its operators, developers, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, virtual items, account access, purchase access, or download access arising from your use of the game or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

24. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify LootX from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the game, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, payment abuse, unauthorized distribution, or infringement of third-party rights.

25. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that you may have under mandatory consumer protection, privacy, payment, product liability, or digital content laws in your location. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

26. Operator and Dispute Information

Operator, governing-law and dispute contact information will be published before the service opens. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when LootX changes, when payment or download flows change, when commercial operations change, or when legal or operational requirements change. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future use.
